Why is AI analysis unavailable?
AI analysis needs an internet connection and an available subscription or credit balance. If the service is temporarily paused for maintenance or capacity review, Moments will show a message in the app. Try again later.
My purchase or subscription is not showing.
Open the purchase screen in Moments and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. If the issue continues, email us with your purchase date and App Store receipt details.
Why does AI analysis take time?
Moments compresses and uploads only the videos you select for AI analysis. Processing time depends on clip length, connection quality, and current service load.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can review, change, or cancel your Moments subscription there.
How does Moments handle my videos?
Moments only uploads videos you select when you request an AI-powered action. Temporary copies are processed for AI analysis and are designed to be removed after processing. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
